After you have scheduled an appointment, call Sandy's Billing Service, LLC, at (509) 443-9086. Sandy will check your benefits and you will know what they are before you come in. |

Unfortunately, most plans do not cover marriage and/or couples counseling. Contact your insurance provider to find out if you're covered |

If I don't have insurance, do you have a sliding fee scale? |

I don't have a formal sliding fee scale. However, I do try to make adjustments when they are needed. |

How long is a session? |

60 minutes. With couples, we may contract for 90 minute sessions and spread them out. |

How do I make an appointment? |

To schedule a first appointment, simply call my office at (509) 459-0879. I normally answer my phone between 7:00 and 8:30 AM. If you reach my confidential voice mail, please leave a message. I return calls between sessions.
I will be happy to talk with you a few minutes before you make an appointment. If you don't think I would be a good fit for you, I will give you names of other therapists that might be a better match.
