The better our relationships, the more joyful our lives.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What about confidentiality?
A: With a few exceptions, everything you talk about in therapy stays confidential. For additional information, please refer to my FORMS page and read the Notice of Privacy Practices and my Disclosure.
Q: How do I know if my insurance will cover counseling?
A: After you have scheduled an appointment, call my Account Manager Sandy Sollie at (509) 443-9086. She will check your benefits and you will know what they are before you come in.
Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: Call me at (509) 459-0879. I will be happy to talk with you a few minutes before you make an appointment. If you don't think I would be a good fit for you, I'll give you names of other therapists that might be a better match.

If you do decide to make an appointment, you can go to FORMS on my web page, read my Privacy Notice and my Disclosure and print out my Intake form. Get a head start and fill out the Intake and bring it with you to your first session with me.
Q: If I don't have insurance, do you have sliding fee scale?
A: I don't have a formal sliding fee scale, however I do try to make adjustments when they are needed.
Q: How long is a session?
A: 60 minutes. With couples, we may contract for 90 minute sessions and spread them out. Instead of seeing me weekly for 60 minutes, you might come in for 90 minutes every two weeks.
